Finding a flat where to live in Lyon
ELJ can assist its students in finding a flat in Lyon.
There are several possibilities :
1) Choosing homestay
Our French students and members of E.L.I. volunteer to offer you to stay in their own homes.
For stays exceeding a month :
The price starts at €400 a month. Prices may vary according to families.
This offer is exclusively for our students.
Starting April 2017, application for homestay is charged 35€ per student.
2) student appartment (for short or long stay)
With our partner Gestetud, we can provide you with students appartments :
Fees (less than 4 months) : 575 € per month
Fees (more than 4 months) : starting from 525 € per month + rental charges (subject to changes according to the location)
* In addition to rent, warranty fee, commission (long term only) will be charged.
